| Alpine 11/29 -12/01 Good weekend, we left early Friday since there was no school, stopped to food shop in NJ and were in the Hearst cabin by 5PM. Significant advancements were accomplished on Saturday. Cooking meals on an outdoor fire and Knife and Axe were the most popular. However, some scouts took advantage of the weekend and the high number of instructors to pass other requirements such as the Heimlich Maneuver, Personal First Aid Kit and more. Snowball fights, Climbing, Basketball and Ping Pong were some of the receational activities for the weekend. 10 Scouts and three adults attended the overnight. |
