| Gateway National Recreation Area 30th Anniversary Celebration A year long commemoration began with a Family Fall Festival at Staten Island's Historic Fort Wadsworth. Right next to Pouch, an easy stop over on the way home. Naturally we could not resist and stopped for an hour and half of fun and amusement. We got a taste of history and what it was like in our nations early years. We even got to fill our stomachs as Scouts are fond of doing. |
